Why we built this around media buyers from the CIS and Eastern Europe — and why Western advertisers pay a premium for it.
Most agencies sell hours. We think that's backwards. In performance marketing, the person who knows which angle works this month is worth more than ten people executing last month's playbook. So we built the company around buying knowledge — and paying for it honestly.
Western advertisers have the budgets. What a lot of them don't have is speed. An in-house team at a US or EU brand might ship four creatives a month, run them through two rounds of brand approval, and call a 3% lift a good quarter. Meanwhile they're paying agency retainers to people who've never scaled a cold traffic campaign in their life.
On the other side, there's an entire school of media buying that grew up in the CIS and Eastern European affiliate scene — where nobody hands you a budget, the margins are thin, and you learn to test fast or you stop eating. That produced a generation of buyers with a completely different reflex set: creative velocity, ruthless killing of losers, account discipline, and an instinct for when a working campaign can take 10x spend.
Those two worlds barely talk to each other. Language, contracts, payment rails, trust, and a lot of mutual suspicion sit in between. That gap is the entire reason this company exists.
A Western brand can afford to test. A buyer who came up in arbitrage learned to test because they couldn't afford not to. Guess which reflex is worth more when the budget gets real.
We're not being sentimental about it. Here's the actual asymmetry we sell to advertisers:
Not your labour. Your judgement. When a buyer joins us, the thing we're most interested in isn't the hours logged — it's what you know that our other buyers don't yet. Which vertical is heating up. Which format stopped working three weeks ago. Which GEO everyone's about to crowd into.
That's why the one-hour-a-week consultancy slot exists and why it's paid the same way a campaign is. Some of the most valuable people in our network have never run a single campaign for us. They just get on a call once a week, tell us what they're seeing, and get paid for it.
Every buyer who shares what's working makes every other buyer in the circle better. That's why we pay for it directly.
Talk to us in Russian, Ukrainian, or English. Nobody's skill gets discounted because their English is functional rather than fluent.
Contracts, invoicing, compliance conversations, and chasing Western advertisers for payment — that's our job, not yours.
There's a version of this business where a Western middleman takes CIS talent, pays under market, keeps the client relationship secret, and pockets the spread. That model is common and we think it's short-sighted — the good buyers figure it out and leave within a year.
So we do the opposite where we can: we say what the offer pays, we pay weekly, we fund the tests instead of asking you to risk your own capital, and we prepay buyers whose track record justifies it. If you bring knowledge into the group, we'd rather you get rich enough to stay than cheap enough to churn.
That's the whole thesis. We think the best media buying brains in this industry are underpaid relative to what they generate, and we'd like to be the ones who fix that for the people who work with us.
Tell us what you run. We'll tell you what's on the table.
